OK, I think all of the drop down menus for the images should be alphabetized. That ought to make some of those longer lists more bearable.

Also, it means I can get "super-maker" versions up where you can choose from any word from any set. But, that will mean a drop down list with 1200 words

Yeah. Thanks Mark. it wasn't so terrible before, but this sure does simplify things.

I for one would love to have access to a super maker verson. I make m own now with cutting and pasting and it is very time consuming.

I'd be singing and dancing for joy if there was one list. I don't care how many words are on the drop down list. If they are alphabetized it shouldn't be so bad searching the list.

How do you have time to teach, make all these resources, keep up this website and have a life at the same time?

Post subject:  drop down lists

On my mac, firefox, I just type a letter and the dropdown list goes to the first word that begins with that letter. That's helpful for longer lists. Not sure if it works on PC's or other browsers, but I'm guessing it might.

So even if you have a huge list, you could at least get into the general vicinity. :)

Thanks for the tip on typing in a letter to jump around the super list, it will speed things up and make it easier. :D

If you type the whole word, what you are looking for will also come up.

You have to type the word fairly quickly or the program will think you've started another word, but you don't have to type so quickly.

Also if there are several 'play ...'s on the list, each time you type 'play', you'll move to the next 'play ...' on the list
