Post subject:  File is damaged and could not be repaired

This is my first post, and I hate for it to be a complaint, SO let me first say thank you for this incredible site. It has made my work MUCH easier and I've come to rely on it a lot.

now for the problem

some of your flashcard sets won't load for me, I get the message "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired."

two examples (the ones that hurt the most) are Adjectives set 1 and Classroom Set 2.

I am using Google Chrome and Foxit Reader, could this be why?????
please god help me get these beautiful flashcards lol

Sorry, you are having problems.

The files seems fine here. I assume it was a data transfer error when you opened the files. That error gets cached and no matter how many times you try the error will continue. The only way I know to fix it is to shut your computer down and try again. That should fix it.

If that doesn't work, please let me know.

well! after a couple of weeks of banging my keyboard across my face, I thought I'd try and use a different browser, it worked without a hitch LOL

so it seems Google Chrome is the culprit, thanks for looking into it for me though, keep up the great work man, you're a champion!

Is this with Google Chrome again? or another browser? Did you try it with G Chrome first and then onther browser?

Is it opening in a new window in the browser?
