I don't think seen I've seen this idea here, so I'll post it. A fun and easy way to practice body parts is to have the kids get in groups for a "family portrait". I actually brought along my small digital camera to take real pictures but this is not necessary. You can also just hold up an imaginary camera and say "click".
For the "portrait" you give instructions: "Anna stand next to Jordan and touch his nose. Clara put your hands over your eyes. Tom, sit down in front of Hanna and stick out your tongue.".. Etc. Have them do goofy, but harmless things (I'm sure this goes without saying but you don't want to embarass kids or make it unpleasant for them) and then take a real or imaginary picture. I had a small group of five kids and let everyone have a turn at being the photographer and giving instructions.
I also went the extra step and made a digital collage out of our family portraits to print out and give them next time. I do things like this but I really don't think it's necessary and although I think they'll be happy for at least five seconds when I show it to them most of these will probably end up in the garbage sooner or later...so it's really not crucial.

Hi, I did a similar activity with prepositions. I took a "family portrait" of my class and posted it on the board. The students had to tell me where they were using "I'm next to... / between / infront of". We had fun. It could also become a good writing activity.
