Prepositions of Place:
vocabulary: behind, in front of, in, by, over, between, under, on, close to, far from, opposite (facing)
Mark's Note: I actually don't teach close to, far from, opposite (facing), or between initially. Later, I go back and add these in. For younger children I just teach a few to start, in, on, under, by. But, I always teach the focus question, 'Where is ...?' even with young children.
